- No liability can be accepted for defects or damages incurred during treatments which are due to the methods of manufacture or deteriorating by wear and exposure. Geelong & Surfcoast Laundry (GSL) cannot be held responsible for loss of buttons, ornaments or for anything left in pockets.
- Stain removal is carried out at owners own risk.
- Please list quantity of each garment. GSL’s count must be accepted if yours is not given.
- All claims must be given within 24 hours after delivery and must be accompanied by the original list.
- In case of loss, GSL will be liable for no more than five (5) times of the cleaning and processing charge.
- GSL reserve the right to return garments that pose damage risk, as determined by the dry cleaner unlaundered.
- All woolen products will be processed at owners own risk.
- We are not responsible for goods left over 90 days.
