Pick-up and Delivery Steps (1 – 7)

The process for your dry cleaning service will be very similar with your normal laundry operation in 7 easy steps:

  1. Your dry cleaning laundry will take 1 business day to process and will be delivered back to you on your next scheduled delivery day.
  2. If you require your dry cleaning items urgently, please inform us in 24 hours in advance. Your garments can be collected at our laundry after 1 business day from your pickup date.
  3. Every dry cleaning item must be accompanied with the proper labels and dry cleaning docket provided to you. If insufficient, please request them from us.
  4. List down any special concerns you may have about special stains, buttons, tears, broken zippers.
  5. Fill up the RETURN COPY with your company name and put them with your dry cleaning laundry bag/trolleys provided.

  6. Peel the perforated LABELS (5 pieces with numbers) and staple them onto your garments where is it visible.

  7. Keep the CUSTOMER’S COPY for your reference.
